PLEASE READ THIS ACCOUNT TERMINATION AGREEMENT ("TERMINATION AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FORMALLY TERMINATE YOUR FEIYU ACCOUNT ("ACCOUNT"). BY USING OR CONTINUING TO USE FEIYU SERVICES (INCLUDING SUBMITTING A TERMINATION REQUEST), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND THIS TERMINATION AGREEMENT.
Please note that your Account cannot be restored after the completion of termination.
If you need to use Feiyu Services again after the termination of your Account, you are welcome to re-register and log in with Google, Facebook, Apple, or other accounts recognized by Feiyu technology.
1. Consequence of Account Termination
You acknowledge and accept that after the termination of your Account, there might be consequences including but not limited to the following, and such consequences shall be borne by yourself:
a. Loss of Access: You will not be able to log in or use your Account, and your friends will not be able to interact with you.
b. Personal Information Deletion / Anonymization and Retention: Your personal information in your Account will be deleted or anonymized, except to the extent retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"), for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.
During the retention period, we will not use your personal data for any purpose other than for the aforementioned purposes. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will be retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of Account termination unless additional retention time is required for other purposes directly related to defending the legitimate interests of you and other relevant obligees.
c. Game Revenue: "Game Revenue" refers to all game membership rights and benefits, levels, all benefits related to the growth and upgrading of the game character (including but not limited to experience value, honor value, reputation value, titles, etc.), virtual currency, virtual props, and other virtual goods (such as cards, coupons, gold coins, diamonds, props, and other items) that have not yet been used in the online game, services that have been purchased without expiration, and other game revenue that have already been generated but not yet consumed or future expected revenue.
If any Game Revenue remains unconsumed when you terminate your account, you are deemed to have voluntarily forfeited them. No restoration, compensation, or reimbursement of Game Revenue will be provided by us.
d. Irreversibility: Your Account cannot be restored once it is terminated. A re-login with the same third-party platform will be regarded as a new account.
e. Survival of Key Clauses: Notwithstanding the termination of your Account, this Termination Agreement and certain obligations and rights under the Terms of Services and Privacy Policy shall survive for the duration specified in the relevant clauses.
2. Conditions for Termination Request
Before requesting termination of your account, you must ensure that:
a. You are the legitimate account owner, and the Account is under your exclusive control;
b. The Account is in a state of security and normal use: the Account has been in normal use without any risk of being stolen in the past two weeks before your application for termination, and the Account is not being processed by us for any violation(s) of the relevant agreements and regulations of the game;
c. All Game Revenue in the Account have been either consumed, used, or otherwise settled, or you accept forfeiture and irretrievable loss of all unused Game Revenue upon termination;
d. There are no pending orders or transactions in the Account;
e. There are no pending disputes, complaints, or reports tied to the Account, and the Account is not under an active ban, suspension, or investigation for violation of the Terms of Service or law;
f. Other conditions officially announced by the game.
If you do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject or delay your termination request, or require additional verification. You may contact our customer support ( global-support@feiyu.com) for additional assistance.
3. How to terminate your Account
a. You need to follow our termination process and operation guidelines provided by our official channels, and perform the termination on the relevant function setting page ("Termination Request").
b. Your Termination Request must confirm that you have reviewed and agree to, and that your Account satisfies all requirements set out in, Article 2 above.
c. Upon receipt of your Termination Request and confirmation under Article 3.b, we will conduct an identity verification to confirm that the request is submitted by the rightful user of the Account. This is to protect your Account security and property rights and interests.
d. We will endeavour to complete the verification and processing of your Termination Request within 15 working days after receiving your application ("Processing Period"). The specific termination process and rules are subject to our account termination guidelines.
e. If, during the Processing Period, you log in or otherwise use your Account, you will be deemed to have revoked your Termination Request.
f. You acknowledge and accept that in the event we need to verify the relevant transactions, complaints or other matters or purposes related to Article 2 above in relation to your Account, we reserve the right to freeze, delay and/or suspend your Termination Request.

4. Miscellaneous
a. This Termination Agreement is an integral part of Terms of Services. Except as expressly modified by this Termination Agreement, the Terms of Services shall continue to apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the Terms of Services, this Termination Agreement shall prevail.
b. If there is any conflict or discrepancy between different language versions of this Termination Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
c. We may revise Terms of Services at any time, and this Termination Agreement may be updated accordingly to reflect any revisions. By terminating your Account after such revisions take effect, you acknowledge and accept that we process your personal data in accordance with the revised Terms of Services and Privacy Policy.
d. For the avoidance of doubt, Section 19 (Dispute Resolution & Governing Law) of the Terms of Services shall apply to this Termination Agreement.
