(Located at 2 VENTURE DRIVE, #20-08, VISION EXCHANGE, SINGAPORE 608526 ("Feiyu", "we", "our", or "us") greatly recognizes and values the privacy of people ("you" or "user") who visit our websites, use or access our games, whether played on mobile devices, PCs, our websites or other approved platforms, and/or otherwise use or access any of our provided services, including software systems, customer support, marketing and advertising, and community services (collectively the "Feiyu Services" or "our services").
Please be sure to read this Privacy Policy carefully before using or continuing to use Feiyu Services, especially the provisions indicated in bold. Before you start to use our services, you should focus on reading, and confirming that you fully understand and agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to the processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy, please do not use our services or access our games or site. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post the latest version on our website. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
By selecting "Login" on the login page, you acknowledge and agree that you have fully understood and agreed to all the practices, requirements and/or policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and thereby consent to us collecting, using, disclosing, and/or processing your personal data as described herein.
This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding why and how we collect, use, disclose, and/or process and use your personal data you have provided to us and/or we possess about you in connection with the Feiyu Services.
Feiyu may translate this Agreement into other languages. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and any other language version, then the English version shall prevail.

1. What Data We Collect and Process
Personal Data or "personal data" means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organization has or is likely to have access. Common examples of personal data include name, gender, age, email address, contact address, postal code, geographical location, salutation, occupation, personal preferences, etc.
(1) Personal Data We Will Collect
i. Account Registration Information: When you create an Account, we may collect your username, email address, home address, mobile phone number, password, verification code and Open ID.
ii. Connected Social Media Account Information (Third Party).If you choose to sign up for our services using your social media account(s) ("Social Media Account"), link your account to your Social Media Account with our services, or use any Feiyu Services social media features, we may access or request for your Social Media Account information which you have voluntarily provided to your Social Media Account provider in accordance with such provider's policies. Any personal data which we obtain from Social Media Account providers will be managed and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy at all times.
iii. Personal Profile Information.If you choose to create your personal profiles (where available) in our services, we may also collect such data including your nickname, personal signature, and other data which you have created as your personal profile depending the setup of our services.
iv. Game Data.We may collect details about your use of our services, such as date and time stamps of actions and game data, which includes your game level, your game play status, progress, scores, achievements, game logs, and interactions with other users.
v. Chat Data and User Service Information.We may collect information you allow us to receive through device settings which you turn on or use, such as access to your camera, photographs, or microphone, communication logs including the content that you communicate with other users and with us (e.g. if you use the in-chat services (audio and / or text) to deliver messages to other users or use in-app support to communicate with us).
vi. Survey Information.We will collect your survey responses, if you participate in our surveys.
vii. Activity Participation Information.If you participate in our activities (such as sweepstakes), we may collect your personal data to manage your participation, including your name, details of the Account, email address, mobile phone number, nickname, country / region, and home / mailing address ("Activity Participation Information"). If you are selected to receive a prize, we may use your Activity Participation Information to contact you, distribute such prizes, and / or to ensure that you can use such prize (such as lottery tickets) in our services.
viii. Internet Protocol (IP) Address and Other Device Information.We may collect details about your device, such as your device model, operating system, hardware and software versions, available storage space, browser type, device ID, IMEI number, MAC address, IP address, Bluetooth signals, language, time zone, storage and network access permission etc.; and details about your general location from your IP address or information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers; or the details about your precise location with your GPS information when you use location-related functions of our services.
ix. Advertising Information.We may use your Advertising ID to serve ads on our site and track our advertising and marketing programs.
xi. Payment Data.If you make purchase(s) with your Account, we may collect your payment data in order to process your purchase(s) and related activities, which may include your name, bank / debit / credit card number, card expiration date, billing address (country, city, postal code, address), and CVV.
xii. PayPal Account.We may store your PayPal account information and display it as a selectable payment option so that you may use it for subsequent payments.
xiii. Other Information Subject to Specific Notice.For some websites, apps, or services provided by us, we may collect additional information beyond the above listed information. We will issue further individual privacy notices to inform you how we process your personal data when you use those websites, apps, or services. Such individual privacy notices will be supplemental to and form part of this Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, such individual privacy notices shall prevail. By continuing to use the relevant websites, apps, or services upon receipt of such individual privacy notices, you acknowledge and accept that your personal data will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy as supplemented by individual privacy notices.
In order to better provide you with a complete gaming experience, we may merge and update our collected personal data with data from third-party contractors in order to update your profile (e.g. the information of your connected third-party accounts), perform market analysis, and/or other purposes as set forth in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy, with your prior consent or otherwise permitted under the applicable laws and regulations.
When you use or interact with third-party services outside the scope of Feiyu Services, such as third-party social media widgets, share buttons, and/or login mechanisms, this Privacy Policy does not and will not extend to such features, which shall be subject to the respective third-party privacy policies.
You recognize and agree that when you provide us with any personal data, you confirm and declare that you have read this Privacy Policy and accept that we will process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You agree not to submit any information to us which is inaccurate or misleading, and you agree to inform us of any inaccuracies or changes to such information. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to require further documentation to verify the information provided by you.
(2) Data We Automatically Collect
To ensure security and stable operation, provide a fair gaming environment, prevent cheating, improve the functionality and quality of Feiyu Services, and other purposes as set forth in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy, we may automatically collect data using mechanisms like cookies, browser web storage, application data caches and Cheat Detection software or function. The categories of data we automatically collect include device-related data (including device ID, device name, device type / model, MAC address, IMEI data, CPU data, graphics card model, OS version and language, time zone, screen DPI, device resolution, memory data, and graphics card model), data related to bugs, errors, crashes and diagnosis (including registration / login time, game version, stacktrace, crash reports, and abnormal process data) and other data related to security (including installed APK names, startup time, request and referral URLs, and system activity details, game-related plug-in, runtime data, and operational data related to external plugin programs). We also automatically collect data about your interactions with our services, such as the pages and other content you view, any content you post, and the dates and times of your visits. Additionally, we also automatically collect data about your interaction with advertisements within our services, for example, information that you have viewed or clicked on our website(s). We use such information for advertising measurement, optimization, and fraud prevention.
In specific cases, we may collect other personal data apart from the categories stated herein with your prior consent or otherwise permitted under the applicable laws and regulations. When this occurs, we will provide more information about any change to the way or purpose of our collection or processing which are different from or not clarified in the details in this Privacy Policy.
2. Why We Collect and Process Your Personal Data
We may collect, use, disclose and / or process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:
(1) to consider and / or process your application / transaction with us or your transactions or communications with third parties via Feiyu Services and to respond to, process, deal with, or complete such transactions and requests, including notifying you of service issues or unusual account actions;
(2) to manage, operate, provide and / or administer your use of and / or access to our services, your relationship and Account with us, and perform our contractual obligations towards you;
(3) analyze and manage our services for system administration, user service, security, fraud-detection, identification and verification, authenticity checks, archival and / or backup purposes;
(4) correct bugs or errors, improve our services and respond to customer desires and preferences, including language and location customization, personalized support and instructions, and other responses;
(5) develop new services or products and improve the user experience;
(6) verify and confirm payment;
(7) deliver advertising that may be relevant to your interests, track the success of our advertising and marketing programs, and conduct advertising-related audits and surveys to validate audience size and understand user experience;
(8) communicate with users (including via voice calls, text messages, push notifications, email, postal mail, or other modes) for purposes of administering and / or managing your relationship with us or your use of Feiyu Services, including sending administrative information. You acknowledge that such communication may involve disclosure of certain personal data to effect delivery;
(9) personalize your user experience;
(10) keep you up to date with the latest product and provide other information pertaining to our services;
(11) provide software verification, upgrades, and administration and notifying you of our events;
(12) offer participation in our surveys or activities, and analyse survey results and user behaviour;
(13) fulfill our obligations under applicable laws and regulations, and respond to requests of government authorities;
(14) establish, exercise, or defend against legal claims, and to comply with or respond to legal processes or regulatory requirements;
(15) analyze, profile, segment, merge, and / or update all collected data (regardless of an aggregated or individualized manner) to improve service quality and enhance user experience;
(16) protect the integrity, information safety, and financial security of our services or users, comply with legal obligations, and enforce compliance with the Terms of Service or other restrictions placed on your use of our services;
(17) track your process across our websites and applications to verify that you are not a bot and to optimize our services;
(18) for any other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time the information is collected;
(19) to allow other users to interact or connect with you, including notifying you when another user sends a private message or posts a comment;
(20) to carry out due diligence or other screening activities (including background checks) in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations or our own risk management procedures;
(21) to prevent or investigate any actual or suspected violations of our Terms of Service, fraud, unlawful activity, omission, or misconduct, whether relating to your use of our services or otherwise arising from your relationship with us;
(22) to deal with and / or facilitate a business asset transaction (including any purchase, sale, lease, merger, amalgamation, acquisition, disposal or financing of an organisation or its assets), involving us or any of our related corporations or affiliates, and which may involve third-party participants; and
(23) for any other purposes which we notify you of at the time of obtaining your consent, where such consent is required under applicable law,
(collectively, the "Purposes").
In conducting our business, we may need to disclose your personal data to our affiliates (as listed out in Appendix I of this Privacy Policy) and / or may be required to process your information (including but not limited to collect, view, store, use, and / or disclose such information pursuant to Section 6 below) and/or third parties, whether sited in Singapore or outside of Singapore, for one or more of the above-stated Purposes. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that our affiliates comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. Affiliate in this Privacy Policy shall mean an entity that Affiliate in this Privacy Policy shall mean an entity that directly or indirectly, whether by acting in concert or otherwise, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with FEIYU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. hereto, including but not limited to control through more than 50% of voting rights, control over how the majority of directors shall act or refrain from acting, and any other similar agreements, arrangements and any other form of control.
3. Advertisements and Your Choices
For the purpose of providing personalized advertisements, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and process the data to:
(1) deliver, target and improve our advertising; and/or
(2) improve advertising and other marketing and promotional activities.
We collect and use your email address, the Advertising Information (specified in Section 1(1)xi above) and advertising cookies, web beacons and similar technologies (specified in Section 4(3) below) for direct marketing, and the marketing subjects include our new games and/or new in-game events news. You can opt out from marketing communications from us at any time.
We or our authorized contractors (which process data on our behalves and not for any of their own purposes) may deliver advertisements, marketing, or promotional communications. Please refer to Section 5(3) of this Privacy Policy for further details. If you do not wish to receive such information, you may request that we or our contractors remove your data from the contact list.
We may transfer your email address, the Advertising Information (specified in Section 1(1)xi above) and cookies, web beacons and similar technologies (specified in Section 4(3) below) to our affiliates (as listed out in Appendix I of this Privacy Policy) for direct marketing purpose. The marketing subjects include the new games and / or new in-game events news of the abovementioned affiliates.
Without your written consent, we may not use your personal data (or transfer your personal data to another person/entity) for any direct marketing purposes. Pertaining to the advertisements, marketing or promotional communications, you are able to opt-out of receiving such communications or withdraw consent for such data transfer in your Account settings(if applicable), in accordance with the instructions in the advertising materials, such as email, or through other contact methods we may provide. For example, you may opt-out the out-of-game push notifications on mobile applications by checking the settings and turning off the "allow notifications" (iOS/Android).
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
In order to measure the effectiveness of our services, we may use cookies or other similar features, to collect or share information that will help us improve our services. We may use cookies and / or authorize a third-party's tracking-utility, from time to time, (a) to log your IP address in determining the path that users take on our sites and identifying repeated users of our sites, (b) to collect the websites or sources that linked or referred you to our services, and / or (c) to collect technical data about the devices and software you use to access our services, the operating system of your devices, and other similar technical data.
If you do not wish to accept cookies or want to be notified of when they are placed, you may set your web browser to do so, if your browser permits.
We use the cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to personalize your experiences on our services and for various other purposes, including but not limited to:
(1) remembering you;
(2) analyzing how you use our services;
(3) advertising and providing personalized services;
(4) preventing fraud; and
(5) other related functions or Purposes mentioned in Article 2 herein.
Please note that while you are able to disable cookies in your browser settings, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our services.
5. Who May Access Your Personal Data
We may disclose, transfer, or otherwise permit access to your personal data to third parties under the following situations:
(1) Other In-Game Users of Our Services
Other users may, for example, in a group challenge, access your in-game activities in the process of such group challenge. Other users may also see your displayed data and read the messages you have posted on or through our services. You acknowledge and agree that our services may also include message boards, communities, forums, and/or other chat areas, where users may exchange ideas or communicate with other users, and that any data you post to any communication area is publicly viewable. We strongly recommend that all users avoid posting personal or sensitive data at any time on or through our services.
(2) Competent Authorities or Relevant Third-Parties
We may disclose your personal data to the extent required by law, if we come under a duty to disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, public authorities, or other judicial bodies and organisations, to comply with a legal obligation, process, or request to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights. We may disclose your personal data with third parties for the purpose of detecting, preventing, or otherwise addressing security, fraud, or technical issues and protecting against harm to the rights, property, safety of us, our users, or a portion of the public, as we deem necessary.
In addition to the above, we reserve the right to disclose your personal data in cases if we, in our good faith, believe that disclosing such data is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against you, if we reasonably believe that (a) you are violating any other agreement(s) between you and us, such as the Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy or otherwise cause damages to us; (b) you are infringing third-parties' rights and interests (including but not limited to intellectual property rights); and/or (c) it is necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activities.
(3) Third-Party Vendors
We may work with the following types of third parties (as our data processors) on or through our services to help us provide services and functionalities to you:
i. Social networking portals who provide login and/or content-sharing service to and in our services;
ii. Logistics service providers who provide shipping services such as delivering physical prizes to users;
iii. Information communication service providers who provide SMS-messaging services;
iv. Payment service providers who provide payment services, such as assisting our services to run on, facilitating users’ payment, and maintaining a record of the users’ transaction history;
v. Advertising service contractors who provide marketing and advertising activities, including showing you ads that we think may interest you, conducting the programs, tracking the success, and analyzing the effect thereof. These advertising partners may process your data under their own privacy policies. A list of our main advertising partners is available in Appendix II.; and
vi. Technical service providers (Data Processors) whoperform functions on our behalf in delivering our Services. We enter into data processing agreements with these providers that contractually obligate them to protect your data and process it only according to our instructions:
(a) Data analysis: We use the "TA SDK" provided by Thinking Data (privacy policy:https://docs-v2.thinkingdata.cn/?version=latest&lan=en-US&code=privacy_cn&_gl=1*hszf4b*_gcl_au*NjIxNDkwMTA4LjE3NjQxMjM4NDI.&anchorId=).
(b) Log Tracking: We use the Log Service SDK provided by Alibaba Cloud (privacy policy: https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/en/legal/latest/alibaba-cloud-international-website-privacy-policy)for the collection and analysis of application logs.
vii. Other contractors if any for the purpose of providing our services to you.
We will not transfer your personal data to these third parties for any of their own purposes, but only share your personal data with the following third parties as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they are cooperating with us, and we will take reasonable steps to prevent such third parties from unlawfully processing (including but not limited to, viewing, storing, using, or disclosing) your personal data.
Such third party contractors may use cookies, web beacons, and/or other tracking technologies to collect or receive data about you. For example, users purchasing and/or subscribing products or services will be required to provide additional data to third-party payment contractors, such as a valid credit card number and expiration date. Such third-party payment contractors may collect, process and retain your data to process payments and resolve subsequent payment disputes and inquiries. We may also receive, process, and store the provided information from you and / or such third-party payment contractors to confirm payment, record purchase history and / or protect our legitimate interest when resolving subsequent payment disputes and inquiries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you make any payment while using our services, any payment details of you are processed by the third-party payment contractors. We will not receive or process any of your actual payment details, such as the card number or security code. We only keep data on transaction dates, currency, fees, and product purchases.
When specific third parties are involved in collecting data and information outside the scope of Feiyu Services, please refer directly to their privacy policies on their official websites and learn more about their data processing practices.
Please be aware that advertisers or websites with links to and / or from our websites may be operated by third parties not related to Feiyu and may collect personal data about you. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third party websites or advertisements, and we cannot control the activities of, those other advertisers or websites. We highly recommend that you read the privacy policy of such third-party websites which you may be directed to before providing any personal data.
Before Feiyu transfers the personal data of any user to a contractor outside Singapore, Feiyu and the transferees shall will enter into an agreement of cross-border transfer of personal data, or otherwise comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") in Singapore.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy or other similar events of Feiyu, your\n personal data may be transferred to the successor for the continual provision of the Feiyu Services, we will\n endeavor to make an announcement in advance, disclose the details of the event and information about the\n successor, and request the successor to process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In case the successor needs to process your personal data beyond the scope authorized in this Privacy Policy, the successor will be responsible for notifying you of details about their intended processing of your personal data and obtaining the consent of you and / or your parent and / or guardian (if applicable) again if required by applicable laws and regulations.
6. Data Retention and Transfer Limitations
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by the PDPA and other applicable laws. When your personal data is no longer required for legal or business purposes, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise, or otherwise cease to retain the data in accordance with the PDPA.
Our servers for Feiyu Services are located in Singapore. You acknowledge and agree that your data may be transferred to and processed on our servers which may not be located in your country / region of residence and can be accessed by our support, engineering and/or our affiliates (as listed in Appendix I of this Privacy Policy). Before Feiyu transfers your personal data to our servers outside your country / region of residence, Feiyu shall ensure that it shall comply with the PDPA, including ensuring that the receiving organization provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, unless an exemption applies.
7. Control Over Your Personal Data
You may exercise the rights available to you under the PDPA and other applicable laws. To submit a request or exercise the applicable rights below, you may contact at the contact details under Section 10 "Contact and Complaint".
To safeguard your personal data, we may ask you to verify your identity before we respond to your requests. Under certain circumstances as permitted by the PDPA and all applicable laws, we may decline a request or charge a reasonable fee. Requests to (i) opt out from marketing communications from us and (ii) withdraw consent for us to transfer your data to third parties for direct marketing purpose（if applicable）will be provided free of charge.
(1) Right of Access to Personal Data
Subject to the exceptions under the PDPA and applicable laws, you may request access to (i) your personal data in our possession or under our control; and (ii) information about the ways in which the aforesaid personal data has been or may have been used or disclosed by us in the past 12 months by submitting a verifiable request to us at the contact information in Section 10 (Contact and Complaint) below. You may also be able to exercise the right to access some of your personal data through the privacy setting available in the services (e.g. profile page or privacy dashboard), where applicable.
(2) Right to Correction of Personal Data
If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request correction of any error or inaccuracy in your personal data through the privacy setting of the Feiyu Services (through your Account, if applicable, or otherwise by submitting a verifiable request to us at the contact information in Section 10 (Contact and Complaint) below).
(3) Right to Request Deletion of Personal Data
You may have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, if the reason as stated in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy does not exist anymore, or if there is another legal ground for its deletion, subject to submitting a verifiable request to the contact details under the "Contact and Complaint" below.
You acknowledge and agree that as a result of deleting your Account, you will lose access to game-related services, including the account information, subscriptions, and game-related information linked to such Account and lose the possibility to access other services through the Account. Please refer to the Account Termination Agreement for further details.
(4) Right to Opt-out of Marketing Communications
You may exercise this right by clicking on the "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" link in the marketing messages we send you or by updating the settings in your Account (if applicable).
(5) Right to Withdraw Consent
If we previously collected and processed your personal data with your consent, you may withdraw your consent for our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we have conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. In many circumstances, we need to use your personal data in order for us to provide you with our services which you require. You will be informed of the likely consequences of withdrawing consent, and certain Feiyu Services may become unavailable to you if the necessary data cannot be processed.
(6) Right to Data Portability
Subject to the PDPA and applicable laws, you may request that we transmit applicable categories of your personal data to another organization (if necessary) in a commonly used machine-readable format.
(7) Data Breach Notification
In the event of a breach of security leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data in our possession or under our control ("Data Breach"), or the loss of any storage medium or device on which such personal data is stored (in circumstances where unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal of the data is likely to occur), we will, upon being aware of the circumstances, conduct an assessment to determine if the Data Breach is a notifiable data breach pursuant to the PDPA and take all necessary steps to notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals, if necessary.
8. Securing Your Data
We are committed to protecting the security of your personal data. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, such as organizational controls, technical protection, encryption and other protection measures. We also have strict restrictions on access to user data.
However, it should be noted that as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable, thus we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply us with will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet or wireless communication. Any information you transmit to us is done at your own risk.
We also strongly urge you to take every possible precaution to protect your personal data when using our services, including but not limited to changing your passwords from time to time, using a combination of letters and numbers when creating passwords, using a secure browser and / or taking other possible security measures.
9. Age Limits and Protection of Children
We recommend that minors ask their parents / guardians for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the internet.
We will only use the personal data of minors as far as is permitted by law where the required parental or guardian consent has been obtained. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor in your country / region, and in the event you permit your child / ward to use our services, you hereby agree to this Privacy Policy on behalf of yourself and your child, and understand and agree that you will be responsible for all uses of the Feiyu Services by your child, whether or not such uses are authorised by you. You agree to supervise your child's use of the Feiyu Services and make sure that your child only view the contents that are age appropriate to your child.
If the laws of your jurisdiction impose mandatory requirements in relation to the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data of minors, those provisions shall prevail.If the laws of your jurisdiction stipulate that minors may use our service without the consent of their guardians, such provisions shall also prevail.
By allowing your child to use our services, you further acknowledge and consent to the following:
● You and your minor read this Privacy Policy to help your minor understand how we handle their personal data and their rights over their personal data;
● You only need to provide limited information about your child (like an email address) to create an Account for your child. Providing gender is optional.
● A child may only create an Account with his / her address only with your approval.
● Your child's Account can still send and receive predetermined text messages created by Feiyu Services.
● You may agree to our collection and use of your minor child's personal data without consenting to our disclosure to third parties, except when the disclosure is necessary to the Feiyu Services we are providing.
